RETURNS AND REFUNDS
 
Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
 
IMPORTANT: Make sure the products are in the same condition you received them. Each product must include all the labels, dustbag and original box present at the time of delivery. The original box is considered an integral part of the product itself, it must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
 
RETURN PROCEDURE:
 
Send an email to customerservice@33sneakers.com, with your order number in the subject line, requesting the return of one or more products.
Wait for the confirmation email, in which we will send you all the information to make the return.
Prepare the package and make sure that the box has the robustness characteristics suitable for shipping.
If we receive the item after 30 days of shipment, no refund will be made.
Shipping costs for returns are charged to the customer.

Returns that are not authorized or that do not comply with all the conditions set forth will be refused and the customer will be notified accordingly. For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance commerce prevails.
 
REFUND TIMES
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at our warehouse and receives a compliance check.
 
The refund will be made using the same payment system used by the customer.
