Shipments

INFORMATION ON DELIVERY AND COURIER

We ship with DHL and BRT/DPD.

Shipping costs are indicated according to the destination selected in the shopping cart before confirming the payment.

It is important to us that you are satisfied, so we will do everything possible to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible. Please check your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

Orders are shipped and delivered only on working days (Monday to Friday), with the exception of national and local holidays. If you have ordered more than one item, it is possible that they will be shipped in different packages at no additional charge.

On some occasions, such as during the Christmas holidays, there may be slight delays in processing times.

Orders placed on this site can only be shipped to the countries indicated by our system before confirming your purchase.

The courier does not allow delivery to post office boxes and post office.

TRACKING THE SHIPMENT

You can track the shipment of your order using the tracking number provided in the email or, if you are a registered customer, from your account. We will send you the shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse.

You can also check the shipping status of your order in the "Order List" section of your Account.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for you to be able to track your package.

If you have purchased multiple items, they may be shipped in different packages at no additional charge.

Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse and the order amount will be refunded based on the original payment method.
